As sweet as you are...

Kim Wilde has lots of friends all over the world, but she admits to having one big enemy... and that's her sweet tooth! 'I'm very lucky, because I love what I do and I enjoy working hard', she says. 'when I'm busy I'm healthy, because I don't have time to think about food and when I do eat, I make sure I have a really good meal that will give me all the energy I need.'

'But, when I'm not busy, I soon get bored and that's when I'm tempted to start eating sweets. I know they're not good for you, but I've always had a sweet tooth, ever since I was a little girl. I enjoy eating at the time... but I always regret it later!'
