Blonde hair, black leather and a band with groovy boys, so rocked the Lady on stage. Kim landed one superhit after another. But when she reached the top of the charts with 'Little kids in America', she suddenly pulled out from the pop business.
Now Kim is there again. With totally new music and a very strange new outfit, the rocker became a science fiction lady. What happened???
Kim comments: 'I didn't want to be 'just' a singer anymore. Everything around it, especially the technical side of things, interested me. So i wanted to pull back from the showbusiness for a while. And then I also changed record companies, to finally be able to work in the way I envisioned it.'
The family is always there
In Hertfordshire in England her father has his own studio. Here Kim can work on her songs in all peace and quiet. Not just Daddy, but also her two brothers and her sister work on her success. Most of all brother Rick helps Kim, whenever he can. He is the one who manages to get her out of bed in the morning. For any other person this is a life-threatening job.
Kim holds her own
