Kim Wilde has splashed out £200,000 on a luxury home in the country to cure her broken heart. The sexy singer has told friends she’s fed up with life in London.
Kim, 26, has bought a 16th century barn near Welwyn, Herts. But a close friend let me in on the real reason she has quit London. He said: “Kim was getting very lonely in the city and the crunch came when her love affair with Julian Lennon broke up. She was hoping it would be the real thing. Kim wanted to go back home. But she needed to keep her independence so she went looking round near where her parents live.”
