Gardening with Wilde

In the eighties she scored hits like ‘Kids in America’ and ‘Cambodia’. But singer Kim Wilde (46) is also a talented gardener. The passion developed during her first pregnancy in 1997 when Wilde decided to create a ‘healthy environment’ for her children. She studied horticulture, got discovered by Channel 4 and presented several gardening programmes. Her book ‘Tuinieren met kinderen’ (‘Gardening with children’), released last year in the Netherlands, is followed now with a sequel: ‘Tuinieren’ (‘The first-time gardener’).
