On Thursday July 3, eighties pop icon Kim Wilde opens the twelfth edition of the Wilkinson American Movie Day with a free concert on the De Brouckèreplein in Brussels. Traditionally on the next day a feast starts for filmfans in Brussels, Gent, Antwerp, Bergen and Luik with premieres of big summer blockbusters, such as 'Hancock' (with Will Smith as superhero), 'Mamma Mia' (the ABBA-musical with Pierce Brosnan and Meryl Streep), 'Wall-E' (the new Pixar) and the action movie 'Wanted' (with Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman).
