Review – Snapshots

Just a year after we got an album with new stuff, we have another album of a dancefloor star of of 80s. Kim Wilde and her new album “Snapshots” is a compilation of her favourite covers from The Cure, Mike Oldfield to Diana Ross, Black and David Bowie. Everything is served in a disco-rock sauce. It’s simple and trite, but Kim has never sinned with innovations. Probably I’m the only one jurnalist in Poland who likes this album just a little bit, but Kim deserves it as she doesn’t pretend to be anything more than just a small star.
