Kirsty MacColl guitar signed by Kim up for auction

October 2, 2011 - A year ago, Kim was one of the artists to appear at a Kirsty MacColl tribute concert. Now, a year later, the guitar is to be auctioned off.

According to information on the eBay item description, this new Fret-King Blue Label Esprit 3 guitar was signed by the guest performing artists and band at the sold-out 'Tribute Concert for Kirsty MacColl' on October 10, 2010 at London's Shepherd's Bush Empire.

Signed Kim Wilde cd up for auction

December 29, 2010 - The Cystic Fibrosis Trust is auctioning a signed 'Come out and play' cd to raise money for this worthy charity.

The auction is part of a Twitter campaign to raise the maximum amount of awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. More signed items by other celebrities are auctions in the weeks to come.

The auction of the signed 'Come out and play' cd ends on January 2. At the time of writing, £10.50 has already been offered. It is expected that this amount will grow in the four days to come. You can place your bid on this page on eBay.

Kim Wilde dress to be auctioned

June 4, 2010 - The event Gardening Scotland 2010, which is being held at the Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston, features an auction during which a dress worn by Kim is to be auctioned.

A sparkly dress worn by Kim Wilde is one of several items donated by celebrities that are being worn by scarecrows before being auctioned at the event.

The event, which will also feature a food fayre, a craft marquee and a full programme of workshops on everything from creating bonsai trees to making hanging baskets, is held from today to Sunday, June 6.

Kim Wilde painting on auction

November 5, 2009 - Kim Wilde has created a painting of her son Harry, which will be auctioned later this month for the No Surrender Charitable Trust.

The No Surrender Charitable Trust is a cancer charity which provides an online cancer related social network and a Fellowship which researches into cures for pancreatic cancer.

Various celebrities, including Placebo, Maximo Park, Stereophonics, Razorlight, LadyHawke and Kim Wilde have created artworks which will be auctioned off to raise money for No Surrender. The auction starts on November 18 and ends on November 30.

Kim Wilde drawing auction for Dorset Wildlife Trust

November 5, 2007 - A host of celebrities have produced an amazing collection of original drawings to raise money for Dorset Wildlife Trust. Kim's drawing is auctioned this week.

Hundreds of celebrities have donated drawings and paintings of butterflies and moths to Dorset Wildlife Trust which will be auctioned on eBay to raise funds.

Kim supports breast cancer research in Denmark

August 13, 2007 - During the Langelandfestival, on which Kim performed earlier this month, a charity called Breast Friends was also present. Kim contributed to the charity while she was there.

All the artists who performed at Langelandsfestival were asked to make a painting. These paintings were subsequently auctioned. Kim made her painting on August 2, and it fetched 10.000 Danish crowns (1345 euro).

Breast Friends supports research into breast cancer, a cause Kim has supported several times before. Most recently in Hertfordshire on January 4, when she opened a breast cancer unit at the local hospital.

Marty Wilde guitar on auction

May 22, 2006 - Kim Wilde's father Marty has decided to sell a one-off design guitar from his private collection on eBay. Starting at £1,999, the item is a true collector's item.

The stunning instrument has been part of Marty's collection for over 40 years.

It is one of Gibson's finest creations, the Gibson 175. The guitar is finished in a rich coloured blue metallic with
black P90 pickup's that have been hand painted in white. In the neck of the guitar the name "Marty" has been embedded in Abilone which was hand crafted in the Gibson factory. The guitar is dated from the early 1960's. The item is listed until May 28 and will come with a personal message to the buyer from Marty on pickup of the item.

Kim Wilde hat auction for DebRA

May 4, 2006 - A hat previously owned by Kim Wilde is being auctioned to raise funds for DebRA. It is part of a celebrity hat auction taking place online now.

The online celebrity hat auction was launched on April 27. Hats owned by stars including Ringo Starr, Cliff Richard, Ewan McGregor, David Jason, Alan Rickman, Graham Norton, Emma Thompson, Ian Wright, Bill Nighy and of course Kim Wilde are on sale on eBay in aid of DebRA.

DebRA is dedicated to combating Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a devastating skin blistering condition.

The auction of Kim's hat, pictured here, started on May 4, and will end on May 14. It is hoped that with the auction a large sum of money is raised.

Kim Wilde's 'Close' jacket auctioned

February 3, 2006 - The jacket which Kim wore on the cover of her sixth album 'Close' was auctioned on eBay this week. The final amount for the item was 225 pounds.

Included in the auction was the promo photo for the album 'Close' which was signed and inscribed in black felt tip pen by Kim Wilde. On the front of the photo is Kim's autograph. On the reverse of the photo, inscribed in the same pen is 'This leather jacket comes from L.A. and was on the cover of the 'Close' album. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Kim'.

There is no information about the origin of this item, presumably it was auctioned once before. According to the seller, he got the item from an antique dealer, who got it in a house clearance.

Kim Wilde gardening gloves auctioned for charity

Until September 24, 11 am GMT, a pair of green gardening gloves signed by Kim Wilde is being auctioned on eBay. The money from this sale will go to Keech Cottage Children's Hospice, providing help and support for terminally ill children across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. The auction winner will also get a copy of Kim's book, 'Gardening with children'.
