April 13, 2011 - Wilde Life tries to keep you up to date on cover versions of Kim Wilde songs too. Here's one you may have missed... It's a cover of 'Rage to love'!

Loads of bands have covered Kim Wilde's 'Kids in America' and 'Cambodia', so it's refreshing to find a cover version of a different song every once in a while. 'Rage to love' was actually covered way back in 1995, but this version has recently become available via legal download services.

Kim Wilde in Chinese

February 18, 2009 - Cover versions of Kim Wilde songs... well there are a few. But the most obscure ones are the ones that come from Chinese artists. Wilde Life has located two of them.

Kim Wilde's 1988 single 'Four letter word' has been recorded by two Chinese artists. The first one was recorded by Fanny Cheng, the second one by Yvonne Lau. And that's about all the information I have been able to find.

The information comes from the music blog 'Favorites in Original', where Chinese covers of western pop songs are listed. You can also listen to the cover versions.

You can find the two Kim Wilde covers on this page.
