Tien om te zien

On Monday, August 14, another open air performance was scheduled at the Belgian coast in Blankenberge for the TV show Tien om te zien. Rehearsals were planned to start at 13.30 but were cancelled due to heavy rains and storm. It was delayed until 18.00. Before 19.30 there was no sign of any activity on stage. There was a lot of doubt whether or not the recordings could actually take place. It stopped raining about 16.30 but still there was a heavy wind and some very black clouds darkening the sky. But the rehearsals took place from 19.30 and Kim performed 'You Came' and 'Kids in America' twice. The programme recordings eventually started at 21.30, where all artists were facing a strong wind.
