On April 14 it happened. Kim Wilde is back in Twente after almost two years. And how! Together with a fine band she puts on a great show. With her warm personality she carries the show and visibly enjoys it.
During the first few songs she seemed a little tense and her voice sounded slightly shrill, but when she got into it she wrapped the audience around her finger. A mix of well-known and lesser known songs gave it a nice variation, especially with her performance of ‘Cambodia’ she managed to get the people quiet. The chemistry with her band could be felt. Next to Kim there was a second vocalist on stage, who got all the space to show herself. All in all a nice show and a feast of recognition because of the many hits!
