Second Version was founded in Magdeburg (Germany) by Mario Langbrandtner and Christian Käsche. Together with Andy Langbrandtner and Chris Kahnt they recorded the albums ‘Schwarzer Engel’ (2007), ‘Mind control’ (2009), ‘Emotionfilled Electronics’ (2011), ‘eVidence’ (2012) and ‘Union’ (2014).
On their 2017 album ‘Memories (of our heroes)’ they recorded cover versions of their favourite songs. One of them was a version of Cambodia.
