It's a boy, Mrs. Fowler, it's a boy!
January 4, 1998 - If the musical Tommy is anything to go by, the nurses at the hospital must have burst out singing "A son! A son! A son!" when Kim gave birth to her first child on January 3rd. The boy has been called Harry Tristan and weighed in at a healthy 9lb 1 0z.
He shares his date of birth with Lucretia Coffin Mott (1793-1880; American abolitionist and feminist), Clement Richard Attlee (1883-1967; British statesman, who as the head of his country's first majority Labour government, established Britain's welfare state in the years after World War II) and American actor Mel Gibson (1956).
Kim and Hal are said to be "ecstatic!!!"
