'Loved' all over Europe

""
February 22, 2002 - Kim Wilde's new track was released as a single in some European countries. "Loved" has visited the charts in four different European countries so far. The only country where the track is still in the charts now is Sweden, sliding down the Topplistan.

A special situation is found in Belgium, where there are two different charts for the Flemish and French-speaking part of the country. Until now it's peaked at number 7 in the Flemish chart, whereas the song was less successful in the French-speaking part of Belgium: it climbed the Ultratip (the 'bubbling under' chart) for a few weeks but dropped out on the chart dated January 19th.

See the chart watch for detailed information.

For a few weeks KimWilde.com also listed the success of "Loved" in Israel. However, it now turns out that there is no official singles chart in this country and the chart we were following was from the local radio station Radio Jerusalem. The fact that it made no. 1 in their chart is still noteworthy, however!
The Belgian radio station Radio Contact is equally enthousiastic about the song, as it lists "Loved" in their own chart for 12 weeks now. Local Belgian radio station Radio Tempo had the track at no. 6 in their own chart. It is now falling down slowly.

"Loved" has also been in the Swiss chart in December and January. Radio Aktuell in Switzerland has the song firmly in A-Rotation.

In Germany, the local radio station Berlin 888 played "Loved" intensively, it peaked at no. 5 in their airplay chart on 30 November.

Kim has always been popular in France, and this year's no exception: the new single was listed as 'medium rotation' at AFP Audio. It has slipped back to 'low rotation' now, but we can conclude that it's still being played.

In Turkey, "Loved" peaked at no. 4 in Radyo 5's airplay chart two weeks ago. Since then, it has fallen to no. 37 (this week).

Kim is even making an impression in Eastern European countries; "Loved" is climbing from 29 to 7 in what seems like a listeners' voting chart of Estonian radio station OK Muusika.
