Kim opens Fired Earth and Aga Showroom
December 1, 2004 - On Saturday 20th November, Kim opened a new Fired Earth and Aga Showroom in Battlers Green Farm, Radlett, Hertfordshire. Celebrations began at 10.00am with Celebrity Kim Wilde cutting the ribbon into the Showroom.
Kim, who apparently owns one of these AGA ovens, spoke to some fans present, saying she was looking forward to the forthcoming Here & Now Tour. The day was filled with further activities including face painters and glitter artists. There was also a live cooking demonstration on one of the exclusive AGA ovens. Customers and guests were invited to sample the delights from the Aga ranging from flavoured breads and savouries to delicious cakes and puddings. From there guests could marvel at the interior of the beautifully restored listed barn, collect a glass of wine and gaze at Fired Earths latest collections of tiles, bathrooms, home and lifestyle accessories.
