Dutch '80s chart features six Kim songs

Radio Veronica (Netherlands) has finished broadcasting the Top 880 of the 80's yesterday, which it started on 11 April. Kim appears in the list six times. Veronica has a tradition of broadcasting charts dedicated to a certain period in time. Back in 1968 they invented the 'Top 100 of all times', which was compiled through audience votes by postcards. This Top 880 is a new phenomenon. Kim Wilde has done very well in this chart. Her six placings are as follows: 'You keep me hangin' on' at no. 161, 'Cambodia' at no. 224, 'Kids in America' at no. 293, 'View from a bridge' at no. 543, 'Never trust a stranger' at no. 611 and 'Chequered love' at no. 825. Kim is the second most mentioned female solo artist mentioned in the list, after Madonna, who has 14 songs in this chart.
