Kim Wilde in Russia

The eighties festival was organised by Autoradio, a radiostation in Moscow, and took place on November 23 in Moscow and on November 25 in St. Petersburg.

According to a report on this webpage, Kim said: "The Stage that I performed on was simply Fantastic, hundreds of sparkling fires, big plasm TV screens, blinding fireworks, I felt like the organizers really put their heart and soul in organisnig this concert. You did unbelievable decoration."

On this page it says: "Kim Wilde herself was first time out in Russia, she was shocked and pleasantly surprised how much Russians love to dance and love disco music. "I was watching Gloria Gaynor, I really like her performance, all my group was pleased by her singing. When I was younger I listened to her music, and today I was very pleased to see one of my idols on the stage."
