Scarlett records 'London is dead'

An independent police complaints commission revealed that he didn't actually shoot before he was shot. Then the family was not handled well, which led to a protest which turned to a riot. Then in other places people realised they could riot and loot without being caught, which turned into massive riots of people stealing expensive goods from shops 'because they could'.
