Singer Kim Wilde was heartbroken recently when thieves stole her BMW sportscar, worth about £15,000. The 22-year-old daughter of fifties star Marty Wilde gave up all hope of seeing the year-old white convertible again – until last week, when she received a call from the police.
Nick Boyles, a spokesman for her management company said: “Kim was absolutely delighted when they said they had found her car parked in a street. It was hardly damaged, and the only thing missing was the radio.”
