It’s been a great autumn for sexy Kim Wilde, back in the top 40 with ‘You keep me hangin’ on’. Not only is she enjoying her first hit for four years but it follows what the lady describes as ‘the best holiday of my life’.
While her dad, Fifties idol Marty Wilde, was remixing Kim’s new LP, she and her friends pinched his mobile camper and drove off to France, where she is a big star. ‘The other people on the camp site couldn’t believe their eyes’, she giggles. ‘They kept asking why I wasn’t going somewhere exotic. But who needs it?’.
Well me for a start!
