Kim Wilde’s new hit ‘You keep me hangin’ on’ was almost her last – because Kim decided to turn her back on stardom after living like a gipsy for three weeks.
An aide reveals: ‘Kim and four pals just took off in her dad’s trailer. They lived rough in France, sleeping under the stars. Kim enjoyed it so much she talked about giving up singing. But I think the thought of winter finally put her off.’
