Kim Wilde popped along to London’s Guys Hospital last week to boost the campaign to help cerebral palsy sufferers. Kim, pictured with 13-year-old Emmett de Monterey, is a supporter of the appeal One Small Step which aims to raise 1 million to build a ‘movement laboratory’ at Guys to help children like Emmett to walk more easily. Emmett has been treated at a similar lab in America which analysed how he walked before corrective surgery which has helped improve his walking.
Recently Emmett and 6,000 others took part in a ‘Walkathon’ to raise money for One Small Step and if you pledged support, please pay up soon!
