Kim Wilde is going to play a role in the musical ‘Tommy’. The 35 year old singer will play the role of mrs. Walker, the mother of Tommy, in the London musical. At the end of the sixties the rock opera ‘Tommy’ was written by the legendary band The Who. In March 1996 the premiere of the musical will take place at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London. Joop van den Ende is busy creating a Dutch version of the rock opera. We hold on to our hearts!
