Kim leaves her mark for history

It was the moment when Kim Wilde got set for the future. The singer planted her right palm in a tray of plaster, which will now join the illustrious band of entertainers immortalised in the Wall of Hands at the Roc kCircus in London’s Piccadilly.
Kim, who is making her West End acting debut in the musical Tommy at the Shaftesbury Theatre, is flattered to be counted among such company.
The wall incorporates the hands of more than 40 rock stars, including Cliff Richard, Michael Jackson, Phil Collins and Johnny Rotten.
“It is an honour to be alongside many of my favourite artists”, said Kim, who has just released a new single, This I swear. “Some have been my heroes since I first became interested in music.”
