The understanding with Kim Wilde was cordial. She wanted to go along to a cafe after the interview in the Marriott in Amsterdam. At two o’clock at night she insisted in going home with Golsteijn. She was put to sleep in the room of daughter Trix, who happened to be an enormous Kim Wilde fan in those days. When she woke up she couldn’t believe that her big idol was there right across from her, dressed in an angora sweater.
