Legends meeting in the Wachau. Haider in the Zille, the EAV as idols of Schöneberger.
Once in a lifetime, as the unbeatable flaky German all-purpose weapon on TV, Barbara Schöneberger (44), she wanted to stand on a stage with this now oldest boy band in the world: “The EAV has inspired me since childhood – now I talk to them!”
We are in Rossatzbach – in the middle of the picturesque Wachau (Lower Austria) – and we celebrate the seventh “Star Night” (on September 22, 20.15, in ORF 2 to check relishingly).
“Cool as always,” says the ORF show Dino Alfons Haider (60), who ventured this time in a Zill (flat-bottomed watercraft) into the Danube, admittedly guarded by river water rescuer Stefan, because: “The current is never to be underestimated”.
For the show, in which hits around Pop combine to a (with) torrential outpouring, legends of all weight classes were mustered this year – in addition to the “Evergrins” Thomas Spitzer (65) and Klaus Eberhartinger (68) of the EAV lurking lute caliber like Ina Regen (33), Francine Jordi (41), Semino Rossi (56), Simone (48), Stefanie Hertel (39) or Kim Wilde (57) in the night sky. The blonde Brit (rather like her hits like “Cambodia” in the 1980s, was more of a landscape gardener in recent years) presented songs from a new CD called “Here Come the Aliens”.
On the eve of the TV recording, Seitenblicke producer Niki Klingohr invited people to a dinner in the Dürnstein castle of the Thiery family, in which Schöneberger stated: “I have only said cheers 87 times in the last few days.” –
