When world star Kim Wilde saves an interview in Höxter

The interview with world pop star Kim Wilde before a Höxter performance, to which I took my young twin daughters, is also unforgettable. The nice Kim Wilde hugged the girls the whole time and took them in her arms. But after a while the twins were “not amused”, also because their father spoke English the whole time during the interview. It was all so foreign and a little too much of show business. The expressive souvenir photo still hangs in my office today. In the end it helped that Kim Wilde exclusively sang her No. 1 hit “Kids in America”. The girls laughed again – and the important interview date was saved…
