Throwback Thursday

Exactly ten years ago today, Kim Wilde made her big comeback with the 2006 version of 'You came', the first single off her album 'Never say never' - her first full length studio album since the 1995 release 'Now & forever'. The music video for the song was essentially a performance video, but with lots of reference to Kim's professional past.

This still from the video shows a few of those references: the red scarf tied around the microphone stand, representing the live shows she did in 1988 when she opened for Michael Jackson, and a version of the 'stripey top' she wore in 1981 when she first had a hit with 'Kids in America'.
