The single was a cover of Mandy Smith's 'Positive reaction', the artist was Baz (full name: Shehbaz Qureshi), in an article in The Guardian back in 2005. 12 years later, the only trace of this single is a CDR promo, featuring six remixes of the track.
Baz made a name for himself among Kim Wilde fans by releasing part of a cover of 'You came' on his short-lived website at the time. It was one of the tracks he'd recorded hoping to land a record deal. The quest didn't end gloriously: he never landed the deal and didn't achieve the success in music he was hoping for.
