Kim Wilde has released many songs during her career. Some of them have been covered by other artists. On Cover Friday, Wilde Life presents cover versions of Kim Wilde songs. This week: Nasty Habits.
Nasty Habits are based in Seattle (USA). The members Jackie (lead vocals), Trisha (guitar), Veronica (bass), Ginger (keyboard and vocals) and Morgan (drums) mostly play at bars, casinos and outdoor events. Their repertoire consists of synthpop and punk songs from the Eighties. Their website claims that they are "not your average girls", and they're right, because Nasty Habits is actually a transgender band.
Kim Wilde fans will be happy to know that they also perform a version of 'Kids in America'. You can listen to their version below. The song can also be downloaded from the band's audio page.
