Today, American singer Belinda Carlisle celebrates her 59th birthday. Two years older than Kim, she has become a good friend during those Here & Now tours that started 16 years ago. Together they travelled across the UK and even in Australia back in 2003. Some might even say that Kim was influenced by Belinda when she worked with Ellen Shipley and Rick Nowels for her 1992 album 'Love is', but one might put that one down to coincidence.
