Yesterday it was 30 years ago that Kim Wilde released one of her most classic singles, 'You came'. The song has been a cornerstone of her repertoire ever since. The single was released in the UK and Europe first, but a couple of months later it also reached the American market in a remixed version by Shep Pettibone.
This week's Throwback Thursday photograph was taken during the same session as the one that was used for the American single of 'You came'. It was taken by Sheila Rock and was also one of four posters in the Japanese edition of the LP 'Close' in 1988.
