Originally released in 2003 on the album 'Visions', it was released as the first single from the album in January 2003. Featuring lead vocals by Lesley Bogaert, the single reached number 13 in Switzerland, number 18 in Germany and number 61 in Austria. The music video was shot in an underground station in Hamburg.
In 2013, DJ Bobo released the album 'Reloaded', featuring new versions of songs from throughout his career. The new version of 'I Believe' featured lead vocals by Kim Wilde.
