Children's book, originally written in French by Gisele Sergene as 'Isabelle au pays des oursons roses', with illustrations by Luce Lagarde. It was published in 1963. The story was translated into English by Jane Carruth as 'Isobel and the land of the pink bears', and published with the original illustrations by Lagarde in 1965.
Kim read the book during her childhood years. In July 2012, she started looking for the book as she would love to see it again. A request on Twitter led to several tips, so three months later she received a copy of the book.
The book inspired Kim to write the song Isobel's dream.
