Kim Wilde’s Christmas Party

With three dates, Kim Wilde’s Christmas Party with special guest Nik Kershaw was announced as Kim’s first solo UK tour in 27 years. Kim hadn’t toured solo in the UK since 1986’s Another Step Tour. This three-date tour took her to Bristol (18 December 2013), Birmingham (19 December 2013) and London (21 December 2013). A fourth date was added a month after these three dates were announced, in Saasveld (Netherlands). Officially, this concert wasn’t part of the Christmas Party tour, but the performance was mostly the same.

During the Christmas Party gigs, the following songs were played:

Never Trust a Stranger, View From a Bridge, Chequered Love, Cambodia, The Second Time, If I Can’t Have You, Stone, Love in the Natural Way, Water on Glass, Hey Mister Snowman, Four Letter Word, New Life, Hope, White Winter Hymnal, A Little Respect, You Came, You Keep Me Hangin’ On, Merry Christmas Everybody, I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day, Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree and Kids in America.

Additionally, the song One was only played in Saasveld and the songs Love Blonde, Winter Wonderland and Wonderful Life were only played in London. In London, Marty Wilde and Rick Astley also appeared as special guests.
