Romaine, Van

Van Romaine started drumming professionally in 1990, when Steve Morse released ‘Southern Steel’. Together with bassist Dave La Rue the trio would record several albums.
Meanwhile, Van Romaine worked with various other artists including Blood, Sweat & Tears, Kansas, Joan Osborne, Billy Joel and Naughty by Nature.
In 2000, he did his first tour with Nena. After this tour, he became Nena’s musical director.

Van Romaine played drums for Kim Wilde as well, on the track You Keep Me Hangin’ On (2006).
