Quite late in the song I think I got in touch with you and said… ‘cos one of my favourite pop songs is a great song called ‘Clouds Across the Moon’, I love that song. And in it, you have someone, the voice of a man making this whole kind of announcement about the call that she’s waiting for, waiting on earth, to talk to her great lover, husband presumably, up on Mars. The connection between the planets gets disrupted and she goes ‘hello? are you there?’… I just love that song. Anyway, so I said ‘come on Rick, let’s have an announcement on this one, this is great. I’m gonna go off to the moon, I might not come back. There’s an emotional feeling about that at the end. So we had fun imagining that. Then Scarlett came up with the idea of introducing a song called ‘2 6 5 8 0’ as the number of the flight.
