One-off charity show at the Palace Theatre in Manchester on 24 April 2005, during which Kim presented musical songs performed by a variety of musical stars. The charity show was organized to raise money for DebRA, which supports sufferers of the skin disease epidermolysis bullosa.
The stars during the evening were Bonnie Langford, Tracie Bennet, Coronation Street’s Julia Howarth (Claire Peacock) and John Thomson.
Pete Townshend was on tour at that time and so is unable to join the bill. However, he donated one of his guitars to the event’s charity auction, and signed it personally for the highest bidder.
