In this edition of a show based on the Dutch National Lottery, Kim was the musical guest. She lipsynchs ‘If I can’t have you’. She is supported by a large (Dutch) band, consisting of three female backing singers, a drummer, a percussionist, two guitarists and a keyboard player. They are performing before an enthousiastic audience standing in the ascending seating area.

Interview with Kim Wilde, starting off with an old clip of ‘Love blonde’ in Hold tight. She talks about how much things have changed since then, how she keeps in shape and her new single ‘If I can’t have you’. She performs the song outdoors, lipsynched solo.

Kim is interviewed by two male presenters about her past and her new single ‘If I can’t have you’. The clip for this single is also shown. Kim is later joined by David Essex, and the two are briefly interviewed together, after which it’s David’s turn to be interviewed.

Kim plays a rejected woman, who is working out her feelings of grief and frustration at a love that didn’t last. She’s throwing things around, and basically wrecking an apartment, until she decides to put on different clothes and perhaps a different mood.

Kim does a lipsynch performance of ‘If I can’t have you’ solo on stage. At the end of the programme, an all girls choir is singing a song with everyone waving and clapping their hands. Kim is slightly bemused by it all but does join in nonetheless.

Kim Wilde appears during this programme for an interview in which she is asked why she chose to cover ‘If I can’t have you’ for her new single. Then she does a lipsynched performance of the song in the discotheque where the programme is recorded. During the second half of the song the promo video is shown.

Filmed performance of ‘If I can’t have you’ on top of a tower in Japan, as well as in a studio setting. The performance looks like a music video and actually has elements of the music video for ‘If I can’t have you’ incorporated.

After a short interview, during which the questions from the presenter are being translated by a female copresenter, Kim does a lipsynch performance of ‘If I can’t have you’ solo on stage in front of a live audience, with the music video of the same song playing on screens at the front and back of the stage.
