Happy 2022 from Wilde Life!

Just like 2020, 2021 was not an easy year. For many Kim Wilde fans there has been excitement and disappointment in almost equal measure. Wilde Life looks back and forward, as we start a new year.

There was excitement because of the greatest hits album ‘Pop Don’t Stop‘, and the Kim Wilde biography, also titled ‘Pop Don’t Stop‘, and even some live dates in the UK as part of festivals and Marty Wilde’s live tour.
Disappointment because live dates everywhere in Europe were postponed yet again, as a result of the ongoing pandemic. Live tours are a huge and expensive undertaking and in the face of all the uncertainty many artists, promotors and concert halls have had to lay low during the past year.

So let’s look ahead. The live dates that were postponed to 2022 will hopefully take place this time. Keep checking kimwilde.com’s Tour Dates page for all the confirmed dates. April should bring us the first live dates of the year in Sweden, Norway and France; fingers crossed that they can actually take place this time. There are whispers of a possible vinyl release of ‘Pop Don’t Stop’, so that’s another thing to hope for. Ricky Wilde has been working with Nina on new tracks; hopefully those will see the light this year too.

You will read about all this and more right here on Wilde Life, keeping you up to date on all things Wilde! But first, we wish you a happy and healthy 2022. May this be a good year for all of us.
