She was the glamour-girl of the eighties – now she celebrates her comeback! With a strong ‘good morning Niedersachsen’ Kim Wilde greeted the listeners of FFN this morning during Franky and Susan’s morning programme. She brought with her not only her good humour but also her new album “Never say Never”, in record shops since September 8 and of course also her successful single “You came (2006)”.
Kim Wilde is the most successful English pop singer and had 14 number 1 hits worldwide and more than ten million albums sold during her musical career. During the last ten years it went a little more silent around the star. But now after this sabbatical from pop music her career is relaunched.
The recent FFN action “Bound to the mother-in-law” provides Kim Wilde with excitement: “I’ve never heard of such a crazy idea. That is fantastic!”. Her own mother-in-law is by the way an angel, therefore she could participate in the project at any time. Whether the first candidate sees it in this way as well, if he is chained to his future mother-in-law, is decided however only on next Monday with Franky and Susan: switch simply “good morning on Lower Saxony”!
