Kim Wilde's first records were written and produced by her father and brother, Marty and Ricky. The three of them have had a great influence on the music world, as this regular series 'Wilde World' shows.

Marty Wilde wrote 'I'm a tiger' for Lulu, who had a top 10 hit with it in 1968. Slovak singer Marcela Laiferová was quick to jump on the bandwagon: she released her 'Hrajme, hrajme, a Slovakian translation of the song just months after the original version's release. Whether the single was a hit locally we don't know, but it was a nice interpretation of the track. It was not included on her debut album, which was released in 1970. The song was finally released on CD in 2013, on the compilation '20 Naj II'.

Laiferová was born on July 14, 1945 in Petrovice and released five albums between 1970 and 1983. Other covers by her included 'Take me home, country roads' and 'Goodbye, my love, goodbye'.
