The Sensational Knecht Ruprecht Band is a German three piece band dressed as Santa Clauses, performing live in Germany every Christmas season in clubs, cafes and company parties.
In 2013, they released the album ‘Back in red’ (a nod to AC/DC’s ‘Back in black’) with eight cover songs with new, German lyrics. Kim Wilde’s Kids in America was transformed into ‘Fragen sie Tante Erika’.
