Kim WIlde spent today at the gardens in Beech Hill to film an appeal for the Thrive charity.
Thrive is a charity in the UK that uses gardening to bring about positive changes in the lives of people who are living with disabilities or ill health. The process is known as social and therapeutic horticulture. Thrive offers a variety of services to support those interested in using social and therapeutic horticulture.
Lifeline is a monthly charity appeal programme broadcast by the BBC in the UK, in which a well-known personality introduces the vital work of a charity they care about. Kim has chosen Thrive as her charity, and her appeal will be broadcast on April 19.
