Kim Wilde covers 'Love will keep us together'

A new compilation album features Eighties artists recording a cover version from a different decade - but in an Eighties style. Kim is one of them.

The compilation album '80s Re:Covered' brings together 12 acts from the 1980's including Kim, who record covers of songs like 'Mr. Tambourine Man' (Johnny hates Jazz), 'Girls and boys' (Wang Chung), 'Have you ever seen the rain' (Belinda Carlisle) and 'Wicked game' (Black). Kim has chosen the song 'Love will keep us together', originally performed by Captain & Tennille in 1975.

Best of all, the compilation consists of two discs with the second disc containing alternative versions of all 12 tracks. Kim's cover is there as an 'alternative mix', while Black's cover version is entitled, interestingly for Kim Wilde fans, '12" Dream Sequence mix'.

The double CD is released on November 13, 2015 and can be pre-ordered via Amazon.
The album is also available digitally, via AmazonMusic, AppleMusic and GooglePlay.
