Mark Evans tests the gardening knowledge of Paula and John, a couple living in Woking, Surrey. Their garden is a mess, and Kim explains later on in the program that when she walked into it, she immediately thought: ‘Oh, Goth!’, and so she creates a garden with a gothic theme. Many gothic arches, and a ‘Merlin table’ as Kim calls it.
